As she starts her life as an heiress, everyday is filled with excitement, however, everything seems a bit different from what she had imagined, especially when her grandfather plans her engagement with Yoshiki, his previous heir, a cool boy who doesn’t aknowledge her as the true heiress.

Avelys Notes: Starting this manga off, we are introduced to a seemingly shallow girl who dreams about waking up and becoming a rich oujousama (lady). And since this is shoujo and no real explanations are necessary, her dream becomes reality. Putting aside the set up and the first impression the MC gave, I gave this a chance. I was fully aware I might be embarking on another generic route but I thought the male lead was interesting. I like when there’s more than meets the eye with characters and as the male lead hooked me, the MC turned out to be surprisingly much better than what was initially presented. She wasn’t just a shallow girl but had certain values and doesn’t accept charity. She also has a good work ethic and understands that all money offered comes with strings attached. So she began to grow on me. I wouldn’t say it’s anything exceptional but I do want to see where it leads me to. I recommend if you like stories that have a girl become rich the next day, multiple bishies surrounding you, moody male lead but actually a sweet heart and a hard working MC. Now that I think about it, this seems like a watered down version of Hana Yori Dango…
