Life does not always go as planned. Noriko fell in love, got engaged, and imagined a bright future. Instead, her fiance fell in love with her older sister, Eiko. Noriko refused to let go, and they ended up getting married despite this significant problem. Some years of marriage and two children later, Noriko became a single mother. She returned to her family home, with her daughters Eri and Madoka. Her life continued, alongside Eiko (who ended up never marrying or leaving home), and their now elderly mother. Years later, Eri and Madoka are entering the time of life where they have their own problems with love. This manga follows the lives of this house of women.

Avelys Notes: This was one of those stories that I wish was longer. I connected with each character. They each had their own issues to work out and they all had regrets–especially concerning love. Certain events are interconnected but it’s nice seeing how they’re all there for each other. Short and sweet. The conclusion isn’t that satisfying as it keeps things up in the air, but overall good read. Recommend for those who want a short manga with a compilation of love stories. Also–how cute is the cover? I admit I loved the cover so much that I had to read the story XD!
